Event booking terms

Bookings are subject to event capacity, booking windows, ticket availability and any event-specific conditions shown at the time of registration.

A booking is confirmed only when the system records it as confirmed. For paid events, confirmation follows successful payment verification. Each QR ticket is unique and may be checked by authorised staff at entry.

Sunrit Culture may reasonably adjust schedules, venues or programme details where required. Material changes should be communicated to registered attendees using the contact details supplied at booking.
