We collect information you provide when you register for an event, join a class, subscribe or contact us. This can include your name, email, phone number, booking information and, only where you choose to provide it, your date of birth.

Event registration data is used to administer bookings, issue tickets and communicate essential event information. Marketing updates and birthday greetings are optional and use separate consent choices. We do not require marketing consent to attend an event.

Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by this starter application. Administrative access should be restricted to authorised staff. You can ask to update or remove your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

This starter text should be reviewed and approved for Sunrit Culture's final legal, safeguarding and operational requirements before launch.
